The PSA Lifesaver LIFHA240 is a heat alarm with a fixed-temperature thermal sensor that triggers at 57°C. It runs on 240V mains with a 9V backup battery. It's designed for places where dust, steam or humidity make a smoke alarm impractical, such as garages, workshops and kitchens.

The PSA Lifesaver LIFHA240 is a heat alarm with a fixed-temperature thermal sensor that triggers at 57°C. It runs on 240V mains with a 9V backup battery. It's designed for places where dust, steam or humidity make a smoke alarm impractical, such as garages, workshops and kitchens. It adds heat detection to a home's existing smoke alarm coverage.
The LIFHA240 can be interconnected with up to 24 compatible PSA Lifesaver devices, so a fire picked up in the garage can set off the alarms near the bedrooms.

Compatibility
The LIFHA240 interconnects with Lifesaver 5800/2, 5800RL/2, 5800ACF, 6000 and 6000RL smoke alarms, the Lifesaver CO240 carbon monoxide alarm and the LIFSAIR isolation relay.
Installation notes
- The LIFHA240 is a 240V hard-wired alarm and must be installed by a licensed electrician.
- Surface mounts indoors. Each alarm covers about 50m², with recommended spacing of 5.3m.
- Install no more than 7.7m from a wall, on ceilings up to 6m high.
- Measures 127mm in diameter and 50mm high.
