PSA Lifesaver LIF6000THL Wireless Test/Hush/Locate Controller for 6000 Series

The PSA Lifesaver LIF6000THL is a remote controller, used hand-held or fixed to a wall, that works with compatible smoke alarms in the Lifesaver 6000 series. From floor level, one button lets occupants test the alarms, hush a nuisance alarm, or find which alarm detected the smoke, so nobody has to climb a ladder. In an interconnected system where every alarm sounds at once, finding the one that triggered is especially useful.

The controller is fitted at handover once the alarms are installed. On rental properties, a wall-mounted controller stays with the dwelling and gives each new tenant an easy way to manage the alarms.

Installation notes

• Can be used hand-held, kept in a holding bracket or fixed to a wall. Measures 79 x 59 x 22mm.
• The controller has no smoke sensor of its own and can't detect smoke by itself.
• It only works with compatible Lifesaver 6000 series alarms. Mains-powered models in that range must be fitted to a wireless base for the controller to reach them.
• Rated for indoor installation between 0 and 40°C, with humidity up to 93% RH (non-condensing).
