The PSA Lifesaver LIF6000DCW is a photoelectric smoke alarm with a sealed 10 year lithium battery and a built-in wireless RF interlink. It can be fitted on its own, or linked by radio with up to 24 compatible units so that all of them sound when one detects smoke. That gives interconnected protection across multiple rooms and storeys without running cable between ceilings.
It's a good fit for renovations, rental upgrades and new builds where cabling between alarm positions would add time to the job. With no battery to replace during its service life, it also cuts down on maintenance visits.

- Photoelectric sensing in an anti-static chamber that helps reduce nuisance alarms from dust and insects
- Two fixed 3VDC lithium cells: a CR17335 for the alarm and a CR17455 for the RF module
- Wireless range of about 30m indoors or 100m line of sight

- Hush function silences a nuisance alarm for around 10 minutes

Installation notes
- Surface mounts to a ceiling or wall with standard fasteners. It needs no junction box or mains supply.
- Dimensions are 121mm in diameter and 46mm deep.
- For indoor use only. Don't install it outdoors or in damp, humid or wet areas such as bathrooms, laundries or kitchen splash zones, or anywhere condensation forms.
